  So I tried this one a few days ago on my visit to Nashville. It was literally next to my hotel and as I was tired, I just went here to get dinner.
  
  Greeting: 5/5... very pleasant lady greeted me at the door and let me have my choice of the table
  Food order: 4/5... accurate but the temp was off
  Server: 4/5... sweet but took her own sweet time
  Food order: 3/5... ordered the Cajun style pasta with shrimps... though the pasta was tasty and the shrimps were done right, the Cajun spice was actually a heavy dash of raw spice thrown carelessly over half the plate
  Cleanliness: 3/5.. though the table was clean, it was sticky .. and the floor overall was not that clean

  I came in on a Thursday evening around 5 and they had only one very inexperienced server for the entire restaurant. She was doing her best, but she had at least ten tables so the entire restaurant was understandably covered in dirty dishes. Unfortunately, this is one of the Chili's that still does "buy one get one" beers which means most of their drafts are served in 10oz mugs and taste significantly more watery than other Chili's locations who've stopped with that nonsense. Our table shared food and Chili's now always neatly splits the food for you and serves it on separate plates. Here we had to ask for an extra plate and divide it ourselves. As with most Nashville Chill's our order was about 80% correct, but what was right tasted good. It seems that all Nashville Chili's locations are stuck in the nineties and aren't going with the updated policies Chili's has implemented in other parts of the country. That's a shame because the extra effort really does make for a better experience and helps justify the prices. I may try a few more locations, but it's looking like Chili's in Nashville is going to need to be plan C for dinner.  
  
  Free parking in an underground lot beside the restaurant. It's very dark and there are signs to inform you that Chili's don't care if your car is broken into so I wouldn't leave anything that even looks valuable behind.

  I've been to this location twice since moving to Nashville. Both experiences left so much to be desired, and my expectations were already pretty low.
  
  The first time we walked in and it smelled like vomit and their was food all over the floor.
  
  I reluctantly gave it another try after attending a game on Vandy's campus. We walked there and saw the line filled with other fans who had the same idea. We were given a 30 minute wait time. The entire right side of the restaurant was  closed, which when you have a line out the door is bad practice. After 45 minutes we went to check where our name was on the list, noting we had not heard any names called in a while. We were told their wee still 19 people ahead of us. Then a few moments later everyone waiting was told they have to leave. They will not seat any other tables. They want to focus on ONLINE ORDERS. So they kicked people waiting in person out to fill the need to orders made online through delivery apps (which the restaurant does not get a tip for -- bad business practice). It should also be noted it still had a faint smell of vomit (more so closer to the bathroom). There were buckets of dishes just sitting on tables in the closed area. If you looked through the kitchen door the ground was covered in greasy and appeared very uncleanly.
  
  I'm honestly shocked this location is still in business.

  This is the worst chili's I've ever been to.  Waited 15 minutes for water.  Salads arrived after 30 minutes.  Chicken cold and salad soupy.  Grilled chicken Caesar salad chicken undercooked.  Terrible smell in restaurant like rancid grease and standing water from restroom to hallway.  Stay away!

  People say chain restaurants like Chili's are going out of business and from the looks of this restaurant, I can see why!!
  
  I don't see how you can make customers wait 45 minutes on a slow Sunday night with the restaurant half empty. The hostess did mention something about sorta being understaffed but I still don't think there's an excuse for the overall lack effort among the staff.
  
  That being said, the food was okay but there was nothing worth coming back for.
